Group Fitness

> Elite Group Training is an hour-long, total body workout focused on functional exercises that target your core strength— tailored to all ages and fitness levels. This class is done in a group setting and led by a professional trainer who will give you personalized attention, scaling exercises to maximize individual benefits. Each class is structured to get the most out of the hour, and programmed to help each individual progress through each phase. Phases last 4-6 weeks, and include nutritional guidance, fitness challenges, motivation, and accountability.

In the beginning of a phase, you will learn new exercises. The following weeks, exercises are adapted to increasingly challenge you. The last week of each phase contains exercise progressions to test beginners and the most elite. Each workout consists of low risk strength and conditioning exercises that will get you in the best shape of your life without causing injuries. Workouts start with techniques to improve your body’s mobility, function, performance, and reduce soreness and injuries; followed by short dynamic exercises to further increase mobility, heart rate, and to prepare you for peak performance. You’ll then begin a highly effective  program combining metabolic resistance training (MRT) and strength and conditioning (S&C) exercises using: bodyweight and weights, kettlebells, battle ropes, suspension trainers, medicine/slam balls, sliders, steps, resistance bands, and many other effective tools.

This is our most popular class, and we recommend taking this 3 times a week to get the fastest results.
