Elevate FIIT group training is a combination of HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) and circuit training creates a high-energy, efficient workout that targets strength, endurance, and cardiovascular fitness. This hybrid approach alternates between short bursts of intense activity, typical of HIIT, and a series of stations featuring diverse exercises from circuit training. Each station focuses on different muscle groups or fitness components, such as strength, agility, or core stability, keeping the workout dynamic and engaging. The HIIT elements maximize calorie burn and boost metabolism, while the circuit format ensures a balanced, full-body workout. This combination is time-efficient and adaptable to all fitness levels, allowing participants to challenge themselves while improving overall performance and conditioning.

Quick Fit Group

Our small group training program offers a dynamic and engaging workout experience tailored to a group of 3-5 participants. Certified trainers design structured sessions focusing on strength, endurance, flexibility, and overall wellness while ensuring proper form and technique. One-on-One Private Training is for those who want the full attention of a professional trainer in a private setting.

You’ll discuss your personal goals with your trainer. Workouts are centered on your individual fitness goals.

In a one-on-one setting, your trainer will have an opportunity to teach more technical/advanced exercises and routines. This is also a great option for those who need individual care, have specialized goals, or want to reach their goals faster.

During the first session, you’ll take a Fitness & Goal Assessment to help build a program designed for your needs. Your trainer will also be able to take body measurements during sessions and help you set goals.

Meet Our Head Trainer

Steven Hill

Head Trainer
Steven Hill is certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine as a Certified Personal Trainer. He also has a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Utah Valley University. Steven currently trains many of our Elite Group, IQ-Fit, and QuickFit classes. He also trains small groups and one-on-one clients. Steven grew up in Florida and lived there until he served a two-year mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. Growing up, he always participated in different sports and activities including football, soccer, swimming, wakeboarding, surfing and weightlifting. In high school he lettered three years in football, four years in competitive weightlifting, and one year on a top-ranked soccer team. Steven has worked as a Personal Training Manager at 24-Hour Fitness, Gold’s Gym, and VASA Fitness. He also worked as the Fitness Manager at Jet.com before joining our team here at Elevate Fitness & Rehab. Steven has a passion for helping people become the best versions of themselves. He knows the fitness world and he loves learning. Steven has always felt like the more he learns, the more he can be of service to his clients. He understands that client needs are personal, and he caters to those needs to help people change their lives and live happier and healthier.
