We offer private, semi-private and group training. Each workout consists of low-risk strength and conditioning exercises that will get you in the best shape of your life without causing injuries.
Workouts start with techniques to improve your body’s mobility, function, performance, and reduce soreness and injuries; followed by short dynamic exercises to further increase mobility, heart rate, and to prepare you for peak performance.

ELEVATE “FiIt” GROUP TRAINING

Elevate FIIT group training is a combination of HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) and circuit training creates a high-energy, efficient workout that targets strength, endurance, and cardiovascular fitness. This hybrid approach alternates between short bursts of intense activity, typical of HIIT, and a series of stations featuring diverse exercises from circuit training. Each station focuses on different muscle groups or fitness components, such as strength, agility, or core stability, keeping the workout dynamic and engaging. The HIIT elements maximize calorie burn and boost metabolism, while the circuit format ensures a balanced, full-body workout. This combination is time-efficient and adaptable to all fitness levels, allowing participants to challenge themselves while improving overall performance and conditioning.
Quick Fit Group

QuickFit is a separate, 30-minute, high-intensity class for those who want to get in an extra workout. QuickFit can also be used to make up a missed Elevate “Fit” class.

Combining the benefits of personalized coaching with the motivation of a supportive community, these programs cater to various fitness levels and goals. Certified trainers design structured sessions focusing on strength, endurance, flexibility, and overall wellness while ensuring proper form and technique. Participants enjoy the camaraderie of working out together, which boosts accountability and motivation. Additionally, small group settings allow for more individualized attention compared to larger classes, creating an environment where each member can thrive and progress at their own pace.

One-on-One Private Training is for those who want the full attention of a professional trainer in a private setting.
You’ll discuss your personal goals with your trainer. Workouts are centered on your individual fitness goals.
In a one-on-one setting, your trainer will have an opportunity to teach more technical/advanced exercises and routines. This is also a great option for those who need individual care, have specialized goals, or want to reach their goals faster.
During the first session, you’ll take a Fitness & Goal Assessment to help build a program designed for your needs. Your trainer will also be able to take body measurements during sessions and help you set goals.
