One-on-one training is for those who want the full attention of a professional trainer in a private setting.

You’ll discuss your personal goals with your trainer. Workouts are centered on your individual fitness goals.

In a one-on-one setting, your trainer can teach more technical/advanced exercises and routines. This is also a great option for those who need individual care, have specialized goals, or want to reach their goals faster.

It also gives our fitness coaches time to use fitness tools to optimize your training sessions. During the first session, you’ll take a Fitness & Goal Assessment to help build a program designed for your needs. Your trainer can also take body measurements during sessions and help you set goals.

I love working out with Kylie! I was recently diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis, and my workouts with Kylie get my heart rate up and build muscle, but I don’t hurt afterward. In my current state, that is nothing short of miraculous. She always modifies the workout to my needs while still making it challenging, helping me progress my fitness goals. So glad I found Kylie and Elevate!

I’ve been going to Stacy’s kickboxing classes, and I love them! Her energy, positivity, and humor make it a really fun workout. She’s also giving personal attention to everyone in the class. She alternates working on muscle groups each day, so I feel like I have my own personal trainer. Thank you!

I have worked out at elevate, gotten massages, and received physical therapy advice from them. This is a great place to be with a great staff! The front desk is always welcoming and helpful, and the trainers are positive and fun to be around. I'd highly recommend Elevate to everyone! It looks like the few one star reviews are people sad about employees who have been let go, not about the actual service, which speaks volumes!

I've lost more weight and learned more about nutrition than from any gym or fitness establishment. Most importantly, the staff and trainers are such that we fell in love with them and have been the most consistently motivated to workout than at any other time in our lives. These facts make this place priceless to us. Especially considering our weight and health challenges.

I have been going to Elevate for years for group fitness classes and occasional physical therapy. The group training is very personal. Small groups with personal “tweaks” to get the most out of the excellent and varied workouts. Steven keeps me strong! I have worked with Matt for PT and can’t believe how helpful and knowledgeable he is. He’s the best! The whole staff at Elevate is so helpful, kind and fantastic. I highly recommend Elevate!
