Our program combines three pillars of care: pelvic floor physical therapy, women-specific fitness training (including postpartum recovery classes and kickboxing & strength), and nutrition coaching using the Insulin IQ approach.
Is the program safe for postpartum women?
Yes! Our Mama Strong class is designed specifically for postpartum recovery, helping women safely rebuild core strength and pelvic floor stability with the guidance of a certified trainer and in conjunction with pelvic floor physical therapy.
Do I need to be in shape before joining?
Not at all. Our classes are beginner-friendly, and every program is tailored to your goals, stage of life, and current fitness level.
What makes Elevate’s program different from a regular gym?
We specialize in women’s health with expert-led therapy, training, and nutrition coaching under one roof. You’ll receive evidence-based care and personal attention in a supportive, community-focused environment.
What conditions can pelvic floor therapy treat?
We treat a wide range of conditions, including urinary incontinence, pelvic pain, prolapse, postpartum recovery, and chronic musculoskeletal dysfunctions.
Will I need an internal pelvic exam?
Only if necessary and only with your consent. We offer alternative treatment methods for those who prefer non-invasive care.
How many pelvic floor therapy sessions will I need?
Most patients experience significant improvement within 6-12 sessions, but your timeline depends on your individual condition and goals.
What is the Insulin IQ approach to nutrition?
The Insulin IQ method focuses on balancing insulin and blood sugar for better metabolic health, energy, and hormonal balance. It’s not about restrictive dieting—it’s about sustainable, science-based nutrition designed for women.
Can I bring a support person to my appointment?
Absolutely! You’re welcome to bring a friend or family member for support during your sessions.
