Women’s Health Program

Elevating Women’s Health Through PhySICAL Therapy, Training & Nutrition

At Elevate Fitness & Rehab, we believe women deserve a space where their unique health needs are front and center. That’s why we’ve created a comprehensive Women’s Health Program that focuses on three key areas: pelvic floor physical therapy, personalized fitness training for women, and nutrition guidance rooted in the Insulin IQ approach. We’re here to support every woman on her journey to better health in a supportive and empowering environment.

WHAT OUR PROGRAM OFFERS

Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy

Our Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy is led by Dr. Kate LaRochelle, who specializes in pelvic health. Whether you’re recovering postpartum or addressing pelvic health challenges, this specialized care is designed to strengthen and restore confidence in your body’s core functions.

Personal Training for Women

We offer personalized training programs tailored specifically for women. Our trainers understand that women’s fitness isn’t one-size-fits-all. We focus on strength, flexibility, and overall wellness, helping you feel your best at any stage of life.

One-on-One Nutrition Coaching

Nutrition is a cornerstone of good health. Our program uses the Insulin IQ method to provide nutrition plans that are specifically designed for women. We help you understand how to fuel your body in a way that supports hormonal balance, metabolic health, and sustainable energy.

Kate is passionate about helping people reduce their pain, improve mobility and get stronger. Originally from Otsego, MI, she attended Michigan State University (Go Green!) for her undergraduate degree before earning her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Central Michigan University. Her treatment approach is rooted in evidence-based techniques, focusing on restoring mobility, reducing pain, and improving overall well-being. Kate has a special interest in pelvic health physical therapy, helping individuals with conditions such as urinary incontinence, prolapse, and diastasis recti. She understands how these challenges impact daily life and is committed to providing compassionate, effective care to support recovery and confidence. She is also trained in dry needling, a technique that helps relieve pain and improve muscle function for a wide range of conditions, from chronic pain to sports injuries. Outside of work, Kate is happiest spending time outdoors. She enjoys hiking, skiing, playing and watching sports especially Michigan State football and basketball. I’ve been going to Stacy’s kickboxing classes, and I love them! Her energy, positivity, and humor make it a really fun workout. She’s also giving personal attention to everyone in the class. She alternates working on muscle groups each day, so I feel like I have my own personal trainer. Thank you!
